The American Red Cross of the Tri-States has many unpaid internships available for post-secondary students and those who will be enrolling soon. We will work with you to help you meet time commitment, length of service and academic requirements.

The many benefits of Red Cross internships include:

  • Internships carefully tailored to meet the academic needs of students
  • Assignments that give satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment in a variety of decision-making areas
  • Clear objectives and variety in tasks
  • Close partnerships developed between students and supervisors to ensure the objectives of the students’ learning contract are met.

A cover letter, resume, reference check and interview process is required. Not all internships are available at all times. Early application is strongly encouraged! After your cover letter, resume and references are received, you will be contacted to discuss what type of internship position is the best “fit.”
